I had a great experience at Mr Burger today, we ordered the following: My Burger- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- The burger was delicious, freshly cooked patties and adequate amount of sauce and veg's Mr Veg - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- I am in love their patty, super-hot (I think I burned the side of my mouth). Give it some time. Mr. Burger Rosny in the restaurant it's great. Food and service is great in there. So why am I giving it 4 stars instead of 5? When ordering online and getting it delivered be warned there have been numerous times where my family have gotten ours delivered and they have a tendency to not serve parts of the order (more commonly drinks and snacks) or mix up the order. (Smaller proportions compared to what we actually ordered) We don't mind if it happens once or twice but this is a common occurrence and its alarming. Very poor customer service from the person at the front counter. When I asked for a takeaway container for the second burger I had ordered for my wife during the half-price burger deal, the staff member was extremely rude. I ate my burger in the store, but my wife didn’t feel like eating hers right away due to the unpleasant ambience, so we wanted to take it home. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the staff member spoke in a rude and dismissive manner, giving us an unnecessary lecture.
