☕ Review: Dirty Chai at The Coffee Club – Northgate

As someone who enjoys trying Dirty Chai in different cafés, I recently stopped by The Coffee Club at Northgate to give theirs a try. It’s always part of my ritual – exploring various spots to find the perfect blend that I’d happily return for.

This time, the experience was a bit mixed. The Dirty Chai served here was “quite good”, but unfortunately, the cinnamon was a bit overpowering, which disrupted the delicate balance of flavours. Instead of the smooth harmony between chai spices and espresso, the cinnamon took over, masking the essence of the chai and the coffee itself.

While it wasn’t my favourite, it’s still a decent option if you prefer a stronger cinnamon flavour in your Dirty Chai. Personally, I’ll keep exploring and make note of this experience when choosing where...

Went there today our order arrived everything was fine, watched a young girl sent in by her mum go to counter, she stood there moved back a bit to be seen saying " excuse me" I acknowledge she was quiet but the staff behind the counter were having a wonderful time together and subsequently didn't hear or see her, when I let them know the little girl had been standing there for quite a few minutes I basically got ignored, they then served the little girl, bought the order to my table, I directed them to where the little girl was sitting with her mum and brother, I then got a very condescending "didn't see her" as the server walked past, you would if you had been...

My sister and I went for a bit of a late lunch there, we tried the chicken parmigiana which we’d never had there before. I’ve been here a few times, but this was the first time since my dad passed that I’ve ordered food there. It was certainly good to have a nice meal. They’ve always done good got chocolate there, and I’ve tried the eggs Benedict there in the past.

Today we also had a milk shake and my sister has tried their strawberry lemonade. And she enjoyed it. It was an enjoyable experience I have to admit the service is always good there.

So I do recommend this one to go for a meal and a coffee or a hot chocolate. The pricing is reasonable and the...
