I have been to this restaurant 9 times during last couple of weeks for pick up deliveries for customers . I strongly found these staff are extremely poor when dealing with delivary drivers . They don't made orders on time when they arrived at the store . This is not a single incident. They always do that in my experience . People order through your restaurant for a reason. They need food on time. But you are giving certain priority for the customers already in the store. Most of the times customer who orders at the store gets much easier than deliver pickups . As a company you are doing extremely bad customer service to three outsiders . No 1 your own customer No 2 . Delivery company who trusted your. NO 3 to the delivery driver who simply waiting for a 20-30 minutes for nothing he could have picked number of other deliveries during this wasted time . You all are get paid for work while Delivery drivers never compensate for such a waiting. Your food shop is badly highlighted with other fish food shops around Ipswich as none of them makes any delays for delivery pickups . In my experience 8 customers had a delayed drop-off. As the management you have a duty of care to train your staff properly to avoid this mistakes . If you are not ready with the order please don't notify the delivery company to find a delivery driver. That is your responsibility. DELIVARY CUSTOMERS BE AWARE IF YOU ARE STARVING YOU WON'T GET THE PRIORITY AT...

Ordered seafood basket which was great and a big brekky with extra bacon and mushrooms with ubereats. Order came and big brekky had no extra bacon (which mind you was chopped into pieces like I was a toddler) and no more than 4 and a bit mushroom slices which I paid $2.50 extra for and $1.00 for bacon. Ubereats menu said big brekky came with juice but it arrived with two warm dr peppers (one of which was ordered for my husband and he loves them, I don't) with a message saying sorry run out of juice hope this is ok... Rang store and was basically told that's how the meal comes and juice is never sent with Ubereats order I said well you had better remove it from the menu then and was told that's not her job... fair enough but maybe pass on the message? Man I was so geared up for a feed and the disappointment was a little crushing. I swallowed my said disappointment and ate it and I was just picking up the l piece to put in my mouth and I looked down and there's a freakin hair looks to me like short dark or a dog hair. This is our go-to for takeaway and we go here often. We usually have a works burger, fish and chips. Today I got a works burger, calamari and chips.

I stopped at about 12:00 on a Wednesday and there was one person ordering in front of me and one person that’s as waiting for their order.

The range is quite impressive - you’ll find breakfast options, many variations on burgers and what you would expect from a takeaway shop like this one. There was also a range of soft drinks and some in-house made desserts.

I was served promptly and with a friendly attitude.

The burger is always good value - big patty, lettuce, bacon, cheese and tomato with sauce. It’s a hunger buster that doesn’t fall apart.

The calamari was one well - crunchy without being car tyre consistency. The chips were thick cut and done to perfection, which is what we have come to expect:
