Noah's Ark Fish Bar & Eatery — Restaurant in Ipswich City

I am extremely frustrated with the delivery service from Noah's Arc. This is the second time I've ordered from your restaurant, and both experiences have been unacceptable.

I live just 11 minutes away, yet my orders have taken over an hour and a half each time. The first time was through DoorDash a few weeks ago, and tonight it was through Uber Eats. Both times, the delivery exceeded the ETA by an hour or more.

When the food finally arrived, it was stone cold and missing basic items like lemon and tartar sauce for the fish. Tonight's $80 order was a complete waste of money.

If you can't deliver to my area within a reasonable time, then don't offer delivery here. It's infuriating to wait so long for cold, incomplete food. A simple call to let me know the order was ready but waiting for a driver would have made a huge difference, but I received no such communication.

This is absolutely disgraceful. I will never recommend Noah's Arc to anyone and won't be ordering again.

I walked in here with my child, no one standing at the counter - could hear 3 men screaming and swearing at each other in the back. 1 of those men had seen me standing waiting to order but continued to argue with the other colleagues. After swinging my arms around and trying to get there attention. One of the men came out to serve me and apologised, however the other two continued to carry on in the back. I was shocked, after extreme frustration I told the gentlemen my child was here with me and that is unbelievable public behaviour. Will not be returning. I'm so sorry to have to share this..... Noahs Ark have been our "go to" for 5 years now, at least once a fortnight...... I walked into the store today, no other customers around, it was at 330pm.... I wanted to order some potato scallops, as I love theirs.... Anyhoo, there was a woman sitting behind the counter with her back to the front door (I'm used to dealing with 1 of 2 or 3 fellas) She had no idea I walked in, but, to my absolute horror, she was sitting on a milk crate I think, cutting her effing toenails and letting the nails hit the floor..... I stood there in shock for several moments, waiting to see if she would acknowledge me, she did not, she carried on cutting her nails.... Never again will I...
