Origin Kebabs Redbank PLAZA — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Ordered a small snack pack. As per the menu board (picture included) it states it comes with chips, cheese, choice of meats and sauces. Received no cheese. Went back to ask if it was supposed to include cheese as per the menu board, yet was met with a response that the small doesn’t include cheese. Very misleading. Also asked if I could pay extra for cheese then and the response was a firm no.. one would be welcoming the extra money given they had no customers at the time. Pretty piss poor experience. No wonder they are never busy. Will be spending my money elsewhere...

Even as a Food Delivery Partner you expect to be treated as a Customer would, Nope 👎 Not from the arrogant Male Store Manager, Does not greet you, speaks down to and over you then instead of asking Politely for you to take a seat and Wait Please Instead Raise his hand and points ” You Go Sit” as if to speak to me like i’m a mongrel dog. I have too in the past heard him speak to his staff in the same way on other occasions when I was a Customer. Absolutely terrible kebab, ordered 2 x lge meal with special sauce and extras. Order taken by one staff member but not followed completely through to hand over. 2nd staff member handing order over did not know what I ordered but assured me it was correct. One kebab had no special sauce and was cold and soggy seemed to be older? The taste was horrible. Definitely will not be back. Waste of $42+ dollars. Do yourself a favour and buy next order from...
