Hungry Jack's Burgers Kadina — Restaurant in Kadina

I have been into Hungry Jacks Kadina many times and have had varying experiences with the staff.

My first issue is the amount of time it takes to get orders out. Sometimes I can get my food in about 2 minutes and sometimes it takes 10-15. I understand that food does take time to prepare when products are being freshly cooked but it's not good enough during the lunch and dinner period when theres huge amounts of customers waiting. Meat/fries should be ready to go when someone orders. I also think the place is understaffed, I often see about 3 staff on during the busy periods, it's not fair on staff or customers.

My second issue is the quality of the packing and items missing from the order. This isn't too bad in the morning but around dinner time I'm regularly missing food, the staff are good and usually sort it but it happens often enough that staff should know by now to check the order and make sure all items are in the bag, if they have to keep replacing it it's going to hurt business.

My third and final issue is the things I hear from staff. Went in a couple of months ago and heard two people out the back arguing, I have heard from others that these two are managers, child like behaviour is not a good thing when trying to run a store based on customer service. And, I regularly hear a group of younger male staff talking rudely to each other, joking around and being inappropriate in the afternoons.

Overall, the food is mostly of high quality and 80% of the time I have good experiences. There is a lot of room to improve and I think the place can be so much better and get so much better with time and possibly better...

The service was ok, the food fell within my expectations but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Not the fault of staff but there was rubbish on the tables near the service area which hadn't been remediated by staff. The upstairs dining area was incredibly filthy, spillage left uncleaned which could have easily resulted in a slip and fall. Tables were dirty and the toilet was an absolute mess. If I hadn't really needed to relieve myself, I would've held on and gone elsewhere to take care of my needs. There was no soap in the hand dispenser and the hand dryer non functional. I think the staff here really need to take a look at looking after the facilities with a great deal more care as it really had an impact on my dining experience and unless things change, it's unlikely I will go here again. This HJs is hit and miss you could wait 10 minutes for you're order or over 35 like I did today I ordered 2 large meals. chips where half empty, drinks were flat and frozen drink was half melted after sitting on the counter for ages when I asked for the frozen coke to be refilled it seemed like it was a problem then I told them i was missing a ice cream Sundae was told the ice machine was broken i asked for a refund and had to wait another 5 minutes to get it because the person serving me didn't know how to do it , noticed that they had all the burgers and drinks ready to go but seems like the person getting them ready was confused in who's was who's, seems like the staff would rather stand around and chat then do their jobs or take their time in doing so, glass entrance door was absolutely disgusting and so were the upstairs tables when both should be on top of the cleaning list and be cleaned every few hours, Might help if the staff get the...
