I thought that the formula for McDonald’s was that the dining room floor and bathrooms were tended to every hour if not more frequently. Hence McDonad’s gets the reputation for always having clean toilets. Not in Kilmore it seems.
Zero soap in the toilets. The spouts were both broken in the sink. Toilet paper on the floor and a general feeling of yuck.
7 Reds on. I didn’t scan for Blues and managers, they must have been somewhere. Either management isn’t inspiring others, Reds aren’t aspiring to promote or the culture just isn’t promoting the McDonalds formula. It’s disappointing either way. We all start somewhere and lead by example. No one wants to be on dining room yet it’s essentially the difference between a good experience and a not so good. Take pride in all aspects of work. It will serve you well in future endeavours.
I wasn’t even tempted to top up on a coffee. Once, if someone applied for a job and had experience at McDonalds on their resume I looked favourably on that applicant. This reputation is reducing. Team McDonald’s- follow the formula for it is one of the most valuable jobs you will ever have. Never see working at McDonald’s as “I just work at McDonalds” be proud of the opportunity you have and that which McDonalds can offer you. Cutting corners...
Read moreNo idea who manages this Maccas during all times of the day, but it needs to be changed because honestly, what the hell is going on? Less than half icecream in a McFluffy, stingy with the toppings, basically half melted. Frozen cokes are half filled, the fries are old and hard. I understand that McDonalds allows for teenagers to work and get experience, but if they are unable to take pride in their work, do their job half-assed, imagine them in other positions and professions. There are more than half reviews on here that are negative, and it seems like nothing is being done about it. Because if something was, then there wouldn’t be tons of disgruntled customers. These customers work for their money, and shouldn’t get cold, old, and half filled drinks and food just because someone doesn’t want to do their job. I wish I could...
Read moreOrdered 2 sausage and egg meals and was told the hash browns were not ready and to park in waiting bay. 10 mins later a large male with Tattoos on his arm claiming to be the Kilmore McDonald's manager attended the driver's side door and told my friend that we didn't order a meal. My friend informed him we were told to wait and we paid the $11.50 per meal. The male denied this and we asked for his name so we can make a complaint and he informed us he doesn't have to give his name. As we were in a hurry we didn't escalate this as we could see this male was hostile and it wasnt worth wasting time. This is the worst encounter with McDonald's I have ever encountered and although I was robbed of 2 Hash browns I will never enter Kilmore McDonald's again due to this so called McDonald's Manager with a...
