"I recently visited your restaurant and had a disappointing experience with the staff. While the food and ambiance were good, the service was not up to par. Unfortunately, the staff member attending to us seemed to be treating customers unequally. We noticed that some tables were receiving more attention and courtesy than others. Furthermore, we were rushed to finish our drinks within 20 minutes, with the staff member explicitly stating that they would be shutting the restaurant if we didn't finish. This came across as rude and inhospitable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the time or circumstances. Our order was Panko crumbed steak and two sides and mushroom gravy, and Barra with two sides….no complaints about the Barra, on the other hand the steak came out on the plate all curled up and overcooked, I’m sure they deep fried it, the mushroom gravy had no mushrooms in it at all and the meat under the crumbs was no thicker than 3 - 4mm. The time to receive it was ok, the chips where hot and nice, the salad was nice and it seemed to also be a very good steak except it was barely warm when I got it and cold by the time I finished it.
