Cafe Three620 — Restaurant in Kyabram

This is not the first time we’ve had terrible service, warm to cool coffee & under cooked food from this place, but I thought we would give them another go trying to support the locals and all… BUT after going there again this morning to have breakfast with my family & receiving luke warm coffee again & under cooked poached egg twice I will never return again! I asked the wait staff to make sure she wrote soft poach egg’ on my docket to have received hard egg then after sending it back to the kitchen & receiving a very undercooked egg that nearly made me vomit, I sent this one back as well asking for a refund not another cooked egg (at this point I had been turned off my food)& with bad attitude & with no apology I basically was abused by the ‘owner/cook’ as I couldn’t even call him a chef as he couldn’t cook a soft poached egg for goodness sake! I did not get a refund as he refused, (In the end I paid $15.50 for 2 rashers of bacon) he belittled me in front of other customers to the point my husband asked him to apologise to myself & my family in which he did not, I made a point of telling him we will not return mainly due to the appalling service & under cooked food (that can be very detrimental to anyone’s health) ever staff member that I have felt with that work there have no emotion or kindness & no manners about any of them except for the lady ‘chef’ that has been there on the odd occasion. Avoid going to this place if you can & if you can’t make sure the wait staff write your order down correctly as I made sure of my order that ended up being somehow my fault, I thought I was the paying customer who helps by going there pay their wages. Never Ever will I or my family & friends return to this place unless it somehow changes hands or gets much nicer staff...

Although busy, the atmosphere was great, you could have a conversation with out having to raise your voice too, and the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the wines and menu items and you could tell they were happy in their work. The food.....we started with the a bruschetta to share. It was delicious with warm ciabatta bread top with deliciousness. For mains he had the lamb fillets which were so tender with a red wine jus. I had the special of succulent chicken fillet with spicy chorizo and topped with a flavoursome napoli sauce, perfectly roasted peppers and sweet potatoes and fresh green beans. All together it was a taste bud sensation. A bottle of The Bay of Stones Savignon Blanc and two glasses of Merlo were a great accompliment to the meal. This culinary delight was $140 and worth every cent. First time here but definitely won't...

Horrible experience will never go back. Waited over 30 minutes for drinks then hour for food to arrive. Seated outside with another group whilst waiting for our drinks and meals a waiter came out and accused people (mostly children under the age of 10), waiting patiently for meals that someone was smoking. Came out very aggressive with his accusations and when told no one was smoking he didn’t apologise just said well someone was. All customers were astonished of his outburst. Once meal was finally delivered over a hour wait, it was pretty ordinary. Do not recommend this...
