We have been getting pizza here for years, never ever had any issues, first time was tonight (missing pineapple on pizza) and I called to let them know. I was told we will make you a new pizza, apologised immensely and was told to keep the pizza we received too. I went back with the pizza anyway and was told no you kept it. I was handed a freshly made pizza with pineapple and a free garlic bread too. Just wanted to share this experience because we have been local lovers of Kyabram Pizza & Pasta for years, this goes to show why we continue to support you. P.s. best deep pan bases you'll ever have, I miss them so much as a now gluten intolerant! If you are celiac or gluten intolerant, they have the best gluten free bases I've ever had. Honestly cannot find anything better! Can never pass...

Open on Easter Saturday, which was very helpful for my family who just wanted something easy after a long day.

Their "thin crust" is more like normal pizza, with their "deep pan" being very fluffy and slightly undercooked. 5 family pizzas took about an hour to make, although they did warn me it would be a 45 minute wait so not too bad. Took two calls to get through, but again - Easter weekend, so not too bad.

Hawaiian was decent - plenty of pineapple, lots of ham, just enough cheese.

Maude the greyhound seemed pretty happy with her crusts too.

Nothing amazing, but a decent pizza place, and I'll probably order from them again, same...

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's great when you make an order and they take your money. However, it is a different story when you get in touch because there is something wrong. I got yelled at over the phone simply because I called to let them know that there was something wrong with the order.
