Town & Country Pizza and Pasta Leopold — Restaurant in Leopold

Asked for small amount of chips on the side on my plate with my lasange meal, as dish did not come with chips. I was happy to pay, but told no you can't, you have to buy separate bowl. Way to much in bowl, too much salt, not all eaten. So waste of money. Also, chips were put on the table long before my meal, so t get were cold by then. Lasagne was not fresh, I had to cut around the edges as it was rock hard, and even tough to cut using the fork, hard little bit and it was rubbery, so not fresh. Took it back and refused to pay for it. Didn't order anything else. As we waited half an hour for meal, there were no customers before us. I wanted to have chips with my meal not before, so by the time my meal arrived they were cold. I also asked for iced chocolate, as I always get it elsewhere, I love it. It's supposed to be made with scoop of ice cream and cream. It was full of ice and a tiny amount of ice cream with cream on top. Guess they do want to use too much milk and instead put ice in it, which just made it watery. When I asked about it and said there was no ice cream. I was promptly told yes there is a scoop in there , as I made it my self. It is on the side. When I scooped it out if was less than a tea spoon. Very disappointing and obviously needs more training in how to make a drink and how to speak to...

BEST ITALIAN FOOD BY FAR!

Being desperate for a DECENT Italian meal after just moving down from QLD, I stumbled across this site with my friend and we decided to order two pasta carbonara’s and a Mexicana pizza to share. watching it being delivered was spot on when it said it was out the front the doorbell rang, amazing! The meals were a great, decent size and so incredibly tasty and were definitely made fresh to order as everything was fresh, hot and tasty (hadn’t been sitting in a Bain Marie waiting for an order – definitely made when we rang up and ordered that specific pasta!) not for lack of trying, there was no way I could finish my pasta and only managed one piece of pizza so I’ve had a really, really nice breakfast but if you’re looking for a decent, fresh, abundant Italian meal, you can’t go past this place! 10/10 Town and County , will definitely be ordering from...

Ordered the lot expecting the usual that is associated when you order "the lot" anywhere else. Only to get home and find an array of seafood, which I don't eat. Called the store only to be told "well sorry, but it's the lot, it has everything". Would have liked to see some more assistance considering when I checked the menu to see what pizza I did get, thinking I may have grabbed the wrong one, only to find "the lot" isn't on there. If your going to expect people to know what's on your pizzas maybe add them to the menu 👍🏼 Also I recognise everyone has to start somewhere but I personally don't recommend putting someone who can't count change on the till on a Friday night.
