Became ill from the food and was refunded without question or comment. Took the risk one more time and returned the food after smelling it. Again no question or comment from the staff. Any request for a more satisfying portion was met with a kind of passive aggression by some operators. Willingness to pay brings no relief from this peasant behaviour. Specials are smallish and they dominate the selection. There is a kind of discrimination in play. Particular staff members obviously favour their friends, local football players or family and the piled on plates of food they prepare for their cronies cannot be missed. Nor can the numbers that appear on the till when compared to other less favoured patrons. When approached the manager claimed no knowledge of anything and fell back to the old "I am only new here " excuse. Was looking forward to a meal out finally since Covid shut down. Lady at the front reception was very nice and was well organised for how many people in and out. Beer was nice and cold.

I ordered the beef n reef and my partner ordered the Mongolian Combination with steamed dim sims for entree.

Meal arrived, dim sims were very tiny, out of the packet and stone cold, my beef n reef barely warm, chips had gone cold and you could taste the fat with them. Went and spoke to the lady regarding the meal, wasn’t too impress with me bringing the food back and the meal came back within a couple of minutes with warmer chips but still steak just warm enough to eat. Not sure where my salad was but couldn’t be bothered asking. Partners Mongolian was cold on the outside but warm enough on the inside and did say it was tasty.

Food prices were not very cheap but we understand with the location etc, and are happy to pay for good quality meals, we have another 2 nights here and will be looking else...

Wish we had another option rather than this place. At the entrance: the lady did not want to provide details about memberships and discounts. There were 3 of us and we would have benefited from getting one $5 membership and signing other 2 ppl as guests (+10% discount on food and drinks) rather than paying $3 each. Prices are higher for non-members. Which we only learned after coming in. At the counter: lady was not able to explain difference in pizza sizes and provide advice on any vegetarian options. Had to ask other staff about sizes of steaks etc. Also, I’m writing such a long review because 1.2h after, I’m still waiting for our food! A decent (verbal) warning at the counter would have been a good courtesy gesture. Overall disappointing experience. Avoid if possible.
