Cafe 63 Logan Central Plaza — Restaurant in Logan City

We used to go to Cafe 63 in Springwood. So when the Cafe 63 opened in Logan Central it was closer to go to. We visited the cafe. We ordered meals. One pork belly 3 x 70 (210 grams as per menu) and large salad plus souse. The meal arrived and on the plate were 3 pieced o pork belly hardly 100 grams all up, accompanied by a handful of salad - not a large salad that comes in separate bowl, Called the waiter and complained about the size of the meat and salad serving. Sometime later the waiter brought 2 pieces of pork belly about similar seize as the other 3 and a bowl of salad two thirds full. That is the story of the first meal. The second meal was to be 300 gram rump steak, large salad and sauce, the steak arrived visually about 200 grams accompanied by a handful of salad. After the complaint the ball 2/3 full arrived. When we were paying for the meals I mentioned that we were not happy with the seize of meals initially served as we have been going to the Cafe 63 and the size of the meals were way bigger and the menu is the same in both places is the same. The answer - we are a separate franchise. Well ok. Today we went there again. Ordered the same two meals. While ordering I mentioned that previously we had to complain about the size of the meals so I requested that this time for the meals to be the size as per menu. The meals arrived but again no bowls of salad just a handful per plate. Pork belly, ok not the size expected but ok. The rump steak not 300 grams. So again complaint about the salad. Plates taken away and returned with a bowl of salad half full each. Not happy. Then about 15 minutes after we left my partner who ate the pork belly started to have stomach aches. It could not be the salad as we had the same salads ordered. Well we go to restaurants and Cafe 63 in Springwood. The size of other restaurant meals can be compared. And definitely this one is not serving the meals for which they charge. Change the size of the meal or the price in your menu and don't deceive customers. Don't offer any special treatments. You had your second chance with the request to be provided with meals as described in the menu and what you tried the same stuff again. Bye. So, we will not go...

I’m really not one to leave bad reviews but I just went with my daughter and she got the Sound of Music (chicken schnitzel) with chips like she normally does from the Marsden Park Cafe63, and the amount of chips was abysmal. There wasn’t even a handful of them. I ordered the medium chips on top of that because I was just willing to pay extra, and I just watched as the kitchen staff members just floated around the kitchen. The schnitzel was cold and soggy by the time we finally got the chips. We were waiting so long I felt I had to ask on an estimate, she said they just had to plate them, but it took another 5 minutes after that - so clearly she lied. On arrival all seemd alright nicely laid out table and all. Drink orders and food orders where taken about 5min after each other once again fine. Than it took 30min for 5 drinks (2 Waters, 2 cokes, and a thickshake) and almost over an hour for food, (an omelette, avo and toast, chips and nuggets, and 2 eggs Benedict) not even the worst part, food was dropped from the plates being carried over, the Benedict was cold, the chicken in the omete was flavourless and sickning too the point it couldnt be finished, the toast somehow stale and bacon missing from the avo toast.
