Coolabah Cafe & Carvery Logan Central — Restaurant in Logan City

I had 3 previous visit's recently to this cafe and they were all good. But went yesterday and found the service by staff to be rude and didn't get my order right. When lady brought out meal, I explained that my meal was incorrect. She insisted 3 times I keep it and kept pushing meal towards me. Then I recieved my fresh salad sandwich finally not a toasted one . And sandwich was cut in 4 triangles. At previous visits always was cut into 2 slices. When leaving I spoke to the manager. He was condescending and told me that's how they serve the sandwich. Cut into child like triangles because most of their customers are old. I was not impressed with the customer service I received. 😒 the saying is the customer is always right? All staff here have no personality and look like they don't like there jobs. Giday folks I Didn't know the Coolabah had a shop at a major shopping centre such as Woodridge. I've always stopped at the Shell Nudge got a coffee from them and a burger n chips. So my partner and I went to the Woodridge S/C for the J.P. had some doc's to get authorisation. After that experience 45mins later we arrived at the Coolibah got seated we both had the Boundary Rider Burger chips n drinks. Well their Burger was fantastic delicious n juicy the chips were also yum. Well worth the stop and relax n an awesome meal to boot. Worth spending your coin for a delicious meal as we did. Give them a go it's local and locals need a job so support them they won't disappoint...

Having ordered the wedges, cos you can't go wrong with potato wedges I received a great serve of freshly cooked wedges. A ramekin of sweet chilli sauce and a ramekin of sour cream... but... the sour cream seemed a little lumpy on swirling it around a little it still was lumpy it had chunks in it... how long do you need to keep sour cream for you to get chunks... when questioned about found chunks I was informed that it was the skin off the top of the sour cream.... eeeww...I'm sorry no you should not be serving skin off the top of your sour...
