Food from taco bell is always good but the service from this particular store is terrible. The staff are completely undertrained and those who are have terrible customer service. When ordering at the till the employee kept insisting I get a meal when I made it clear multiple times I did not need a meal. I had also asked for a snack item to which they put through on the till as a main To which I clarified multiple times was wrong, after spending literally 10 minutes at checkout the employee confirmed my order however when I received the order it was completewrong, everythin was in meals & the snack item was a main item - the complete opposite of what I wanted and what was confirmed at checkout. I spoke to the next available employee about this who’s response was yo scoff in my face and roll their eyes. Pretty rude considering I hadn’t even done anything wrong, they must forget there’s a glass screen dividing customers and the kitchen because the conversation I saw that took place after this encounter was pretty ridiculous. Pointing and laughing at me while smirking and tossing my bag around I thought was pretty outrageous. They followed by tossing the bag at me and saying the order was fixed knowing full well they didn’t change a single thing in the bag. I had a pretty bad day and I was hoping Taco Bell would cheer me up but after that experience it only made my day worse, I ended up throwing it all away as it wasn’t what I wanted and I wasted $20. And I know $20 doesn’t sound like a lot but when you’re on minimum wage it is. I won’t be...
Read moreI visited Taco Bell to get a Boss Burrito with beans only, and I specifically requested for it to be cheese grilled. To my surprise, the staff not only charged me $2.49 for the cheese, but the behavior I experienced from the staff — particularly THREE girls behind the counter — was absolutely pathetic and unprofessional.
They had no idea what a grilled cheese burrito is, and instead of clarifying, they mocked my request, repeated it loudly in a sarcastic tone, and laughed among themselves while pointing at me. It was clear they were making fun of me, as if I was stupid for asking for something so simple.
Even after I explained what I meant, they still didn’t understand, yet went ahead and prepared without making the burrito the way I asked. This is not just poor service — it’s disrespectful and humiliating.
I honestly lost my appetite after being treated that way. This isn’t just about a burrito — it’s about the LACK of basic professionalism, respect, and training these employees clearly have.
Taco Bell, if you’re reading this, I urge you to take this review seriously. Train your staff to respect customer preferences, ask questions instead of gossiping, and most importantly, show basic human decency. What I experienced was unacceptable.
I will never visit this location again — and I hope no other customer has to go...
Read moreThis taco bell is the worst I have ever been too. Better off going to Annerley. We waited almost 30 mins for our meal after it took almost 15 mins for the poor lady grace ( training) to take our order while instead of trainer her the staff members who were allegedly cooking our food where flirting and just having a laugh on Company time there were maybe 2 cars in the drive thru & 5 people waiting inside for their orders , However the staff members did not seem to care. Just filtered away while the trainee was struggling to work the machines. Honestly the most heart braking thing was watcher her constantly ask for assistance while this stupid kids behind her just mucked about. I suggest they really get some good management in there. Was speaking to a door dash driver who said he comes to pick up orders and they are like this ALL THE TIME. I honestly don't know how hard it can be slapping together a taco or burrito but okay. When my husband spoke to the manger she just sounded over worked & sort of non caring that most of these customer have been waiting over 30 mins for food. On top of that we then got our food and it was cold 🥲 so 30 mins and $45 down the drain but lesson well learnt we will not...
