Sunny cup — Restaurant in Logan City

Have not tried the drinks, I was however treated to the most disturbing display of unprofessionalism by the manager today. I was waiting to order lunch next door when I hear yelling and banging/clashing. I'm curious so I walked over to see her berating her staff and throwing items around the shop. A passing patron started to say something and the manager threatened to fight her. I'm a big guy so I stepped up beside her and loudly protested her display of unprofessional behaviour. My exact words "that is a pretty piss poor way to treat your staff". I was rudely cut off by the manager who also threatened to fight me and even tried to come out with her fist raised. Unfased I repeated my previous statement.

The male shop attendant did well to try and calm his manager and stop her from coming to attack people. He stood between her and the exit and didn't let her pass.

It is appalling that a young member of staff should be subjected to this sort of outrageous behaviour by a senior member of staff.

I have rated a 2 star (instead of 1) due to the junior staff members level headed actions. He deserves a raise.

TLDR, manager is a trash human, junior staff deserve a much better working...

I come get sunny cup every so often and normally when I do I pay with card and it's all good. Well yesterday I went and I paid cash, I paid before I got the drinks but normally I pay after, anyway so I paid $21 for 2 drinks and I paid before getting them. Once I got the drinks I started to leave the shop, but not before I was stopped and was continuously told I never paid for my drinks etc. I know I paid for them as I had to get coins for the $1 as I already had a $20 note. I am absolutely appalled with this and will be recording my payments for now on anytime I come into the store, I'm always happy with the drinks/orders I get but just yesterday was atrocious, if it happens again I will...

Great product but unfortunately the lady serving was so unhappy because she was working on a Sunday. She didn’t stop complaining about her boss and how she rather be at the beach or sleeping. If she is that miserable just change jobs. When I asked for less ice on my daughter ice tea I got abused, she rolled her eyes at me, she said if I didn’t want ice I should have to pay extra. Would be easier if she said that from the start and we could avoid all the abuse? At the end she said I don’t have ro serve you. Is this the kind of customer service the business...
