Charcoal Kebab — Restaurant in Logan City

People at this place are very rude, I don’t know if it’s because I am from a different cultural background. When you order something they bring you a complete different order for example I ordered lamb they bring chicken 🤦🏾‍♀️ when you go to voice it to them, they literally looked at me like I don’t even exist. Stating that we don’t have such and such. Why can’t you let the customer know before excepting the payment. When you ask for refund, they cannot give it back. Very rude people, money does not grow on trees we all work very hard for our money. So don’t act like you are the only one working hard for it 🤦🏾‍♀️ truly may god replay them, because this is not the first time. I thought it was the first guy who was rude that is why I went back but it’s just everyone’s behaviour in the restaurant. Bad bad customer service. The place also need some good...

Would have given 5 stars but they *forgot my husband's lunch!?!

*I was three quarters through mine before I finally persuaded him to let me check on his food. They had it ready in 5 minutes though, but even then, brought the same meal as I had, even though I had double checked with the server what he wanted. 😂

Will be back and might change to 5 stars then if they don't mess up our order.

Delicious food especially the mantoo dumplings with the spicy yoghurt sauce and also the flavoured rice. The meals were so cheap like pre-inflation prices, literally $10 less per dish than many other local restaurants offering the same types of meals. Also was provided complimentary soup entrée when we were dining in. Very happy we had been recommended to try this small humble restaurant.
