Message to the hateful people towards Sana Bakery who are looking at reviews:

Listen, I have seen and heard of your hateful comments, and I am telling you stop! I understand if there has been a problem with the food or if the Workers haven't made your day and, They are sorry, and we all need to be forgiven. If You can't be kind, towards the workers, food, and atmosphere and culture, inside the bakery and in the review section, just leave and don't come! I felt uncomfortable and angry from a rude review! This is a Happy Kind Family working Together!!! The Guy who gives the Bread and talks to the customers looks so strong and cool, and he can be aggressive and serious at times. One time, I accidentally broke the Eftpos credit card machine and The Man got so angry. Dont mess with the man. So don't think about even using abuse and disrespect towards the Workers! - Emad Ali-Hamid Valizadeh.

May 'Allah SWT' always guide You. Protect You, Help You and Love You and Forgive You. I was the Boy who used to come with his father in the early morning to usually get 4 or 5 Barbari break and Yazdi cupcakes. and THEY ARE VERY AMAZING. Thank You. Keep up the Good Work. So rude staff!!! I used to come here requrarly and there was a young man always smiling to customers. But I check in here today and Just ask a question if the bread is fresh or not. An old man who is preparing bread ( back staff) speak in a rude way. He should be kept in a place to learn how to communicate with people. NEVER COME BACK AND WILL DISCOURAGE ALL MY FRIENDS TO...

Waited 30 mins for 1 BREAD of avg quality, with loads of arrogance and moronic attitude from this ignorant breadmaker chap. Atleast 7 people jumped the queue and he doesn't give a damn. Serves his own first. Never thought this will happen to an Aussie in Australia. NEVER...
