We were extremely excited to try the 3 cheese stacker and compare it to the amazing triple cheese pizza sold in New Zealand. Although the pizzas are slightly different, we were nonetheless excited because Dominos has always been a family favourite.
We got home and the kids had a couple of slices each before my husband and I got stuck in. We were sadly disappointed as there was virtually no cheese sauce or mozzarella cheese in the base. We called and advised the store of the issue and they advised that they will replace the pizzas which although inconvenient, we love Dominos so thought great!
We returned to collect the replacement pizza and upon returning the original pizzas (half of which was eaten as explained above) which still showed the lack of cheese sauce, were advised that they can't accept the pizzas in future if half was eaten which is understandable so we explained to them why this was and was told in no uncertain terms that they weren't in the wrong as the pizzas are weighed when clearly they were as the returned product showed this.
Dominos CEO Don Meij has publicly stated that they take all feedback seriously and in fact, welcome it to ensure they are providing the best. In this instance we felt like we weren't listened to, that it was our fault, and that we inconvenienced the store by providing the feedback.

I had the worst experience with Domino's. I placed an order four days ago, and it was supposed to arrive by 8:30 PM. By 9:30 PM, there was no sign of the pizza. I called the delivery guy, and the staff member told me they'd process a refund when the delivery driver returned. However, I never got my refund.
When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly rude. They put me on hold for a long time and then hung up on me. Frustrated, I went to the store, and to my shock, it was filthy! The floors and counters were dirty, and it made me question the hygiene of the food being prepared there.
No one at the store took responsibility for the issue. Instead, they passed the blame and told me to call their head office, but they refused to provide the number, leaving me to figure it out myself.
I paid $50, got no pizza, and no refund. This is absolutely unacceptable, and the way they handled it shows zero care for their customers. Domino’s, you need to clean up your stores, train your staff, and improve your service because this is beyond...

I told him he's lying because managers don't yell at regular customers. He still continued to lie and yell at me. Worst customer service ever. Great lying staff you have..you have lost a regular customer.
Here's an update about my customer service experience. Tonight, the male delivery person laughed when I told him Alex pretends to be a manager so he can deny customers the right to receive eligible refunds and to speak to a real manager.
I have now reported Alex to ACCC and I will be contacting Qld fair trading first thing tomorrow. Alex, please explain your actions to the Qld fair trading representative regarding a violation of consumer laws.
