Pros: Service was good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Clearly in training but customer service was good. This is the only reason I've given one star.

Cons: Honestly with the price you pay you'd expect to have quality control and decent value. The portions are extremely stingy and I know this because I go to GYG chains in other areas fairly often and never have I received such empty quesadillas than at this Logan Central store.

On two seperate occasions now I've had my meal come as basically a flat wrap and not much else. On the first occasion (yesterday) I let it slide and put it down to - they've only just opened so benefit of the doubt it was a one time thing.

Second time around same issue with double the items... yeah no. $15 for the upgraded queso plus and I get this (see pictures).. got two today and both were more or less empty. $30 for two wrap breads and a teaspoon of filling. The pictures btw are untouched and uneaten.

For half the price ($7) at Taco Bell you could get the same thing with atleast...

I honestly wasn’t going to write a review but someone’s gotta say it. We were so excited for this GYG to open. We love our GYG breakfasts. But this store runs like a Maccas that straight up has no love or care. I don’t mind paying premium prices, but I expect actual food in return. Every time we’ve ordered here, the burritos look like they’ve been through a famine. This morning was the last return, two “large” breakfast burrito meals… $38 for two limp little wraps, half the filling of a regular... I gone a few times thinking they'll pick up their game. But nup. Hoping it was just new-store teething issues. Nup. This is clearly the standard.

I think you should send the whole team on a tour to GYG Browns Plains those guys know how to build a burrito. Never once had a dry, stingy, half-filled burrito there. Great location, but obliviously needs new management and hire that has actual skill set. Disappointing as heck and giving gyg's a bad...

Ordered 5 Burritos 2x port 2x brisket 1x Beef mince. At the window I requested no beans the lady said that's is fine tapped away at screen confirmed all 5 no beans I said yes.

Just to get home and all 5 have beans and 1 of the pork burritos is actually chicken!

So I sent a customer feedback in and their reply was "your order was with beans just like photos provided." That is it!!! Denying they're gave me wrong order and also completely ignoring the fact 1 burrito had completely different meat even with photo proof! I tried to get it sorted and that's the poor customer service I get back then ok now I'll leave a negative review was hoping company would admit fault even with photo proof they don't admit fault!! Actually now I think of it I even have dash cam footage of my order with me clearly saying no beans maybe I'll download that and add for extra proof the company is a scam and no customer...
