Drive through order... young lady couldn't hear me so she asked if could drive to the window to order as it is loud in the restaurant. Got to the window and could understand why she couldn't hear me because the music played instore is loud. So I got 12 pieces of sweet n sour crunch chicken and large family chips $39.90. We received our order and headed home 6km away (10mins drive). Arrived home to find there was only 6 pieces of chicken not 12 and fries were overly seasoned. I rang the store to make them aware of their mistake and that I was on my way to collect the rest of my order. Went through drive through told the young girl my situation and I heard a 2nd young lady say is that the sweet and sour chicken to which she replied yes and then says ok get her chicken pieces with an attitude as if I was an inconvenience to them when I'm the one who had to drive back for my order. I asked whats their policy on people having to return due to incomplete orders to which she says we can give you the rest of your order or refund nothing else. Thought I'd ask as i know other places give a voucher or free fries etc for the inconvenience. I opted to take the rest of our order as my family had already started eating.
I don't believe in verbally abusing people and was calm but I could definitely feel some annoyance at the body language and lack of care from the 2nd young lady giving me a cold stare like it was my fault, what's most disappointing đ there was no apology . A simple "sorry for the error and inconvenience we have caused" with some empathy goes a long way for some customers. It's not hard to say sorry!

   Read moreBeing regular paying customers and ordering the same order each time we are in store or getting delivery, our meal was again stuffed up tonight, it was confirmed by the young lady at the window only to recieve half the order, we have had numerous stuff ups from this store and have never complained as young workers aren't always perfect and make mistakes But when questioned about the missing items the manager then argued that we ordered something different , when disputed he became arrogant and rude while his staff laughed at the verbal altercation between the manager and us. He threatened to call the police even though his customer service was less then to be desired. Head office will be contacted tomorrow regarding the behaviour of this manager towards a regular paying customer and how his belittling behaviour affected our experience with his young staff under his guidence witnessed his behaviour and found it amusing This is just the way we want our young people trained in...

Absolutely the worst customer service/ Red Rooster in SEQ. I started to order, and (twice now) was told they have no roast chickens at all. I told the idiot serving at the counter that I would be back in a sec, I just had to check with my disabled girlfriend what to order (as now we had to decide on something else). At no point at all did the person serving me indicate that they were closing now and if I left the restaurant, I wouldnât be able to order. After checking with my girlfriend, I returned straight away and went to continue my order. The person who initially served me, coldly (with a smart alec smirk) tells me that they are now closed and I wouldnât be able to order. Not happy at all!!!
