So the burgers were wrong, missing drinks, missing sauces. When questioned the missing and wrong items I got told “thats not a me issue, Karen” and the kid walked away. I was shocked at this response because all I did was ask about the missing items. I wasn’t rude or mean, I was polite about it. The kid at the window was also extremely rude.

I feel like the customer service that we received would be something at “Karen’s Diner”.

We will never EVER be back and if we feel like hungry jacks we will drive the further distance to avoid...

You can buy from this Hungry Jack if you can wait for 30 minutes.

Awful experience in this Hungry Jack. After checking the reviews here, I find that I am not alone.

I visited this shop around one month ago, a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. Order through app and check in 5 min before arrived, the staff asked us to wait at the parking slot and they will take the food to us. The parking slot is full of customers waiting for orders.

I know the shop was busy (I went to the toilet after parking the car), we wait there for over 30 minutes, no staff coming out. The kids in the car next to us went inside the shop and pick the food and leave! They arrived 5 min after us.

I rushed to the shop, the staff are free, no customers inside the shop.

They just FORGOT our order!!!!

I showed my receipt and said I had been waiting for over 30 minutes (probably 40 minutes), they kept saying sorry (but I don't think they feel sorry) and pick up my food from the tray (the food are ready!!!), the staff gave me the drinks only after I told her for three times, 'where's my drinks?', 'how about the coke?', 'COKE pls!!!'

And of course no straw.....

Hungry Jack are always busy I understand, but I don't think this poor services are...

Tbh, most of these kids at hungry jacks are in high school, some of them just started their first job in fast food. I use to train high school kids and they worked fine. I use to work at hjs and some of you customers aren’t that BRIGHT (Lmao) If you’re broke then just say that so hj workers can at least consider giving you a better option that benefits the business and you :) These kids are following COMPANY P O L I C Y! Which means: No Matthew, you can’t use the voucher because it’s EXPIRED and no longer in the system. Dont get angry at the workers because you can’t afford the full price. Sawrrry No Colin, you can’t get your breakfast, if they stop breakfast at 11… they literally stop breakfast at 11. Ain’t no ham, cheese & tomato toasty for you sir. Sawrrry Bye Delfi, don’t be coming for hjs and them hiring “KiDs” if anything your dog looked like it fell off the back of a horse. Sawrrrrrry

If all you “Pick me” eaters, can do a better job then start your own business :) Nobody appreciates grown people coming for little kids. Y’all come through drive thru with your doors open cause your windows don’t work, so please take your negativity...
