Loganholme Cottage Bakery — Restaurant in Logan City

I used to like going to this Bakery until a few weeks ago, i ordered a couple of hot items and 1, i repeat 1 Monkey Face Biscuit which i picked out from the cabinet, just one. It came to $13 and i didn't question it at first until i got home and realised it was a lot for 3 items, I called her and asked how much each item was individually and she told me, the price should have been $10.10, She said she had put 2 cookies in the bag (which she did not) as i only pointed out one biscuit and asked for one, she kept insisting she gave me 2, and kept saying 'are you sure there's not 2 in there?' She basically believed i was lying and when i suggested i'd just come back and grab another biscuit after she said come get your money, she didn't seem happy but said ok. I went back a few days later and she was serving someone else who she immediately stopped serving, walked over to the biscuits put one in a bag and basically threw it on the counter and said 'don't come back' I was shocked! Of course i wont be going back, and i don't take kindly to being made out to be a liar and a scammer all over a $3 biscuit. She was so rude on both...

It has become abundantly obvious that I'm a creature of habit. Pre lunch, I head to a bakery. Today found me at Loganholme Cottage Bakery. NGL, the google rating of this place is fairly rinsed. Sometimes you just gotta play hockey with the stick you've got, and I was a few doors up using the laundry mathew, so I had a punt on it. My chunky beef pie was chunky, hot, and delicious. I saw a chicken mayo pie was available, and since I'd never heard of such a thing, I had at it. Was kinda like a chunky chicken pepper mornay type thing. I rate it. I'd hook into another one of those any day. It's a shame that most bakeries want 50c for sauce sachets now... It's bloody chooffed, think of...

Every time I go to the bakery I receive very friendly and fast service. I love all of their cakes. Their strudel is the best around and i phone and order these for when guests come around. The veg quiche and the bacon quiches are the best. Croissants are so yummy. All if the prices are very reasonable. They do suggest other items that I may want to purchase, usually at discounted prices. I do appreciate this as I can pick up cheaper...
