McDonald's Eagleby — Restaurant in Logan City

Because this Maccas is local to me I really don't have a choice. The staff are typically friendly but could do with an "hour of power" seminar from Tony Robbins. The pricing is consistent with other Mcdonalds which is a good sign.

The burgers are GOOD. The chips here seem to let the place down, not sure if they deep fry their chips or boil them in water because its always soggier and saltier than my year one teacher. The bathrooms need urgent attention as I've seen better conditions after nuclear explosions.

I did ask for a "special" to which I was told it wasn't available until a certain date. That's okay, I thought. I did however question the fact that other Mcdonalds had processed that special for me, her response was - "I can't, I will get into trouble". Not wanting her to go to jail or anything I asked for the Manager....she was the Manager.

The playground is substantial and very entertaining although I do question the hygiene levels. Its good for children of most ages however I did get stuck halfway down the slide which reminded me of fear factor.

Tonight 14/12/2024 20:00 going through drive though. I am absolutely fuming with the Quality of service we received tonight. The lady in drive though taking the orders was so rude and making out because she couldn't hear me it was my problem. there was obvious mis communication there which i can understand but when i go to correct the order at the window, the threw/slammed the efpos machine down showing me how angry she was.. her attitude was abustlely disgusting! Don't worry it doesn't end there.. we then get all of our food..

Paid for 5 large sundaes got 3 big 2 small
Paid for 10 nuggets got 8 The chips tasted like they had them sitting there all day and forgot about them and thought lets use these. cold and feral.

For $61 this needs to be better, the food was bad, the service was bad.. how are you expected to be in this community and providing a service.. i live in Eagleby and ill be going to beenleigh now.

Customer Service: 4/10 I’ve been here multiple times to see if it’s just certain people or if it’s just a bad day but the customer service is poor. Our orders are either wrong or are completely missing half the meal. It only gets 4/10 because the wait time is fairly short although I’d prefer to wait longer for good service than bad service.

Food quality: 5/10 Well it’s McDonald’s. It’s fast food. Shouldn’t expect much but I’ve been to other areas where the foods been of higher quality than the McDonald’s here.

Cleanliness: 3/10 Very rarely that I come in and it’s clean. I’m putting more blame on customers who come in and leave the areas they eat disgustingly filthy and have no respect for those who’ll come after them. Overall though the cleanliness of this establishment is poor.

Interior design and decoration: 9.5/10 The placement of everything and nature brings everything together. Makes it convenient enough to move around, order, and find a seat to wait until the orders ready. Probably the most likeable thing about...
