I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. I had ordered Paneer 65 for my wife (who is vegetarian), but was mistakenly given Chicken 65 instead. Unfortunately, we only realized this after reaching home, when my wife took a bite and immediately felt something was off. She was quite upset upon realizing it was chicken, as she strictly avoids non-veg food.
I drove all the way back to the restaurant to explain the issue. The staff did apologize and swapped it for Paneer 65, but I felt there was a lack of genuine acknowledgment or courtesy for the inconvenience caused. I had to spend extra time and fuel just to correct a mistake on their end.
Additionally, I ordered a Garlic Naan during the second visit and was charged for it. Read moreThis place has the best Daal Makhani I've tasted so far. Its so delicious. And it was complimentary. Yes, FREE with my order! I went on a Wednesday evening and there was a special deal of buy 2 curries and get a 3rd free. I ordered Aloo Gobi, Kadhai Paneer, Daal Makhani and Butter Naan.
Kadhai Paneer that I've tried so far in all different restaurants here in brisbane is hard to get just right. Milan did really well with the flavours and but didn't quite hit the mark. Aloo Gobi was tender and flavourful but the daal curry was the best. Such great flavours, I'd drive all the way back here to eat it again and again.
Overall ambience of the restaurant was well presented and staff were friendly, attentive and...
