DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! this place is used as emergency accommodation but expect public to pay and be ok even though your paying for a prison cell , floors aren’t even solid can hear footsteps all throughout the night , cockroaches are everywhere , sheets are stained and nasty 🤢 and washed onsite .. one hour into arrival hated it , asked for a refund and was denied ! absolutely ridiculous place. they let people feel unsafe in their own space , there’s constant smells, loud noises , people are constantly having visitors that are not handled and the management allows poor behaviours of other clients which results in clients leaving out of fear. Although the owner seems nice she definitely is way too lenient on the property and it’s allows it to become a free for all, when they have younger individuals there. Nice little spot to stay about mid way between Brisbane and Gold Coast. Place is sort of a cross between a back packers and an apartment style. Rooms are very clean and they provide the usual shampoo, etc. Beds are comfortable. Place has a community kitchen area (also have in room kitchenette) and pool table and a hydro spa outside.

Only minor drawback I had was that the hallway was noisy and you could hear everyone walking past...
