Zarraffa's Coffee Eagleby — Restaurant in Logan City

Who doesnt love zarraffas! I brought 3 masai caramelized cappuccinos and 4 banana smoothies for the kids Unfortunately as I was getting it all out my cappuccino went flying and soaked me and my bag. So I jet back up there to get my coffee and they were so awesome - I was prepared to pay for my stuff up, it wasnt there stuff up. And as I'd just gone through 3 minutes prior they fixed me up for free! And helped me wipe down my bag and my phone and my shoes :) love zarraffas every Friday and the smoothies are great for the kids! Staff are always nice and friendly A1 service Will keep coming back...

The coffee is always spot on, smooth and full of flavour, whether I’m grabbing my usual or trying something new from the menu.

What really makes them stand out, though, is the team. They’re always welcoming, quick with a smile, and somehow remember your name and your order — even during the morning rush! That kind of personal touch is rare these days and makes a big difference.

The store is always clean, the service is fast. Whether I’m popping in for a quick pick-me-up or taking a moment to relax, Zarraffa’s nails it every time.

This is a very overdue review. I find this store the best out of all the Zarraffas in the Logan suburbs. Service and drinks are always fantastic. Every time I order my breakfast smoothie they are the only store that checks if I still want the yoghurt in it. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but it is to me as that yoghurt is the key ingredient to that smoothie’s deliciousness!!! There is a young guy in that store that makes my smoothie really good every time and has the best customer service. All the staff are really lovely but that young guy’s energy is just awesome.
