Zarraffa's Coffee Underwood — Restaurant in Logan City

If I could give more than five stars I so would! This Zarraffas has been my new local for the past 2 months & we visit quite often, ever time I come here the service is always amazing and our go to order is always so yum! There are two staff members who are there almost everytime we go, the younger blonde female & the Polynesian Maori looking one who usually makes all the drinks. They are both amazing at their job and have the best customer service! This morning I made my usually order but before I got to the window I decided I wanted a hot coffee instead of iced and the young blonde was kind enough to get my order re made even though it was too late. I was so grateful she made the small change as I would have been happy even if she wasn’t able to change my drink. Been going here for over a year now, most of that time it was 1+ times every day. And out of all those times my coffee was only ever too hot 3 times, not enough sugar ( 3 in a grande size ), around the same 3 times. Never to cold and never actually tasted bad ever, that I can recall, all the girls are absolutely lovely, polite, helpful staff. Couldn't say a bad word about any of them. There caramelized fusion is to die for. (The one with coffee in it) I could live off them. And there mighty cheese is the bomb, different ratio of cheese to vegemite every time, depending on who is making it but still delicious everytime. Had one every morning with my coffee. Le crunch is beautiful too. Anything i had was beautiful. Highly recommend this specific store of zarraffas coffee....

I went to Zarraffa's with my dad on Monday at around 8:30pm and the young lady at the counter was very rude. First off, she wasn't welcoming, then got my order wrong. I ordered a grande Chai Latte and she gave us a Cuppaccino.

My dad took it back and nicely said to the same young lady that she got the order wrong. My dad said that the young lady just left mumbling to make my Chai latte and didnt even apologise or act like she's sorry. She quickly made my Chai latte. It didnt taste as good as the one I ordered last week. I couldnt be bothered to go back because I waited long enough the first time and my dad was really tired from work.
