I bought a cheese tomatoe ham toastie a few months ago and it was average. Thought I’d give them another chance today, but it was literally inedible and ended up having a brekky at maccas traralgon. It was soggy, had this strange brown stain in the toast and tasted like a dirty sock. I don’t write reviews usually but this is the second time and only hope they read this and up their game as I’m happy to support local, if the quality is there

What we liked: the lamb and chicken pies were both super tasty and a nice size. The New Yorker slice was also delicious and a naughty little treat What we didn’t like: if you want a good sausage roll, this is not the place. Horrible Feedback: we asked about the award winning pies as we were keen to try them and the staff had no idea, couldn’t even make recommendations. Would be good to have a clear “oh it’s this one you have to try it”

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. Very rude girl on the phone who told me that I could not order on a Friday for a Saturday or Monday pickup. Evidently cut off for multiple loaf orders are Thursday. When I asked if they would let me purchase 6 loaves of sourdough bread on the shelf for collection in an hour and pay over the phone now the girl then said I had to pay for them. She clearly was not listening. When I stated that I had already said that I would pay she accused me of being rude. Then the eftpos machine wouldn’t work and they would not set the the loaves aside for me and let me pay when collecting in one hour. WILL NEVER BUY...

This has happened twice now by 2 different staff (I think one was the owner) order was placed with them and included coffees. Both women went on to serve other customers before finally making our coffee. So damn rude. My time is just as important as the next customer. Finish serving my order before you go onto the next one. There were more staff in the shop that could have taken over serving the next customer. Not right at all and the coffee was certainly not worth the wait. Will not bother going there again. They definitely lack leadership in...

RUDE WAS AN UNSTATEMEMT!!!!!

Short haired grumpy lady needs to find a new career path...

Went in this morning her work mate muddled up the till & the short haired grump complete rudeness lied to our faces when trying to complete the transaction.

Pie yeh well not got much to say about that should have read reviews first.....

Do not recommend wish we had of just walked out & left the food behind
