PARK Cafe Manjimup — Restaurant in Manjimup

Real shame. Place has the potential to be really nice, but the staff can be terrible at times and good on the rare occasion. Last time there, the person I was with ordered eggs with salmon (he doesn’t eat bacon and never has) and the order came out with bacon not salmon. He calmly let the girl bringing the food know, who happened to be the one that took the order.

Instead of fixing the issue, a 30 second debate with her telling him that he ordered bacon, before she put the plate down in front of him anyway. He then told her that she could take it back as he wasn’t eating it, another lady brought the correct food out 10 minutes later and said it was a ‘language barrier’. If you’re taking orders and have language trouble, show the screen and confirm the order is correct.

I wish the customer service was better, as the place is nice and the food is sometimes very good. Coffee is not bad, but there are much better cafes in Manjimup....

5 star location and the park is great. However, this cafe seems to be only doing the bare minimum in recent times - so that is minus 4 for the one star review.

Been here twice over the last six months and the attitude is 'can't do'. Seems like all the food is prepared elsewhere. For example, my wife is gluetn intolerent and they offer GF toasted sandwiches - however, you cannot just pick something basic like tomato and cheese as they are pre-made - so only one choice of ham and cheese (and inclusive of some plastic cheese wrapping). A cafe that cannot make a sandwich to order??? - come on. Never seem to have the 'pie of the day' either.

The location demands a good cafe with good coffee, freshly made food, etc. Unfortunately, the current offering is the bare...

Oh wow. This place is gorgeous! Loved the design and the menu as well! Stopped here for breakfast had the berry smoothie and the banana bread. I’m not a big fan of sweet breakfast and not a big fan of the banana bread but I felt like I had to trust the lady at the desk and thank god I did it! Best banana bread I had here in Australia!
