Hungry Jack's Burgers Marulan South — Restaurant in Marulan

Bloody slow food delivery even when they are not busy. The coffee borders on being almost undrinkable and could make a fairly decent drain cleaner.

The TV's are never on and the AIRCON always seems to be off / broken which makes the place unbearable on hot days. As a result the icecream and sundae's start melting before you've left the counter because of the heat.

The place seems to have its fair share of cockroaches running about the floor and tables, probably due to the heat and dirty floors. The tables and floor are not cleaned down all that often during the day.

The staff are not very polite or friendly and it seems to be a great effort to come to the front counter to serve.

Whilst the burgers may be better at Hungry Jacks the service and staff are certainly not.

I have always prefered Hungry Jacks over McDonalds but the standard of this store seems to be continually slipping and pretty soon even better burgers won't keep me coming.

Please shake-up this franchise or it will soon go under as the number of customers IS on...

Condescending and patronising angry rushed and bombastic counter server. Decided what I was going to drink because I dared to finish my sentence about something else to her instead of stopping and cowering and answering her. Wrong burgers in our bag. Good one. When I pulled her up for speaking to me in a patronising manner the gas lighting began. Calmly explained to her not to speak to a customer like this and I’ll speak to her manager. Manager came up to drop food off and she pointed to the manager and smugly replied “There she is”. Manager left the area before I had a chance. No matter how busy you are, speaking to customers like they’re idiots and patronising them only proves one thing to me on this occasion. Bad service does not make the burgers better at Hungry Jacks. All that advertising propaganda wasted on me and whomever I can share this shameful...

Good to see a retail food outlet chain store employing mostly older people (with brains). I ordered 2 x breakfast meal deals and other things. After I ordered I was informed there would be NO hash browns with the meals, as there were none. 5 minutes later, that same staff member walked back into the store with a huge bag of has browns. A female Filipino staff member attempted to tell me I could only order 2 hash browns. I asked about the ones to come with my meals. She said there were none with my meals because she removed them from my big breakfast order. So I was forced to buy 2 that should have come with my meals.
