Read more88 Place Cafe is a great find for myself & a friend, we were on our way to a friend's gig just around the corner & were both hungry, but not sure what we felt like eating exactly & we just happened to park out the front of the restaurant & thought, it will do! We were both greeted by the very polite & friendly owner, who also chatted with us for a short time, while we perused his menu. We ordered our meals & before we knew it, they were on the table in front of us! Though it wasn't busy at the time, we arrived around 8pm! The meals were amazing & reasonably priced too! I had the Salt & Pepper Calamari, which I highly recommend! If you have the taste for it, try the Hot Soy Sauce (homemade) that is added gratis on the table (along with other condiments) it's well worth it & not overly spicy, but just right! I personally told him that he should consider bottling it & making some extra sales on the side! It's a fair bit out of my way since I come from the other side of town, but I will definitely return there when i'm in...

I ordered my coffee and looked around the decor of the shop, "WOW" to say the least.. the shop is very clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. I didn't get an opportunity to try out their food but will definitely be back to give it a try whenever next in the area. Great customer service, coffee was delicious, staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Good on you guys! keep up the...
