Great taste 👌🏼, but pricey too. One of those international stores that totally ignore the fact that they're operating in a courteous Australian community. They've got no clue about customer service or organising their operations better; so expect none. Total blind eye (and even a 'what are THEY doing HERE?' kind of attitude) towards customers who are new to the culture, or at least that's what I gathered from their discrimination between the different customers in the store at the same time.👎🏼 Not even a courteous apology or a friendly smile to compensate for the poor service, let alone offer help to understand how things work in their store.
All I'd expect is for a store (if they're too busy to help or be courteous to new customers) to have brief info cards for different items they sell and basic direction labels (like one would find in any Subway) indicating where to start, how to pick or order items, where and when to pay, etc.
Not planning to visit again, but I'd only hope to see some improvements...
Read moreVery disappointing as sweets are very nice but customer service is disgusting. I went in to buy sweets a couple of weeks ago around 2pm and there were 4 workers sitting infront of the door smoking and when i asked if they were open they said sorry come back in 20 mins we're having a break. After driving 20 mins to get sweets from here. Surley they can swap around during breaks. I thought it was once of rudeness and tried them again today. I called up and asked one of the ladies if they do delivery to wollert, she just blankly answered " i dont know". So i asked does anyone know? She gives the phone to another lady. I asked her same question so she responds with " what delivery to a toilet" with a sarcastic laugh. Can not belive the rudness, if she heard wrong she could of just asked me to repeat what i said. Save yourself the rudness and go to sweet inspirations down the road. Lovely sweets and most important...
