Aussiano Pizza and Kebab — Restaurant in Melbourne

Half of our food was missing and the rest was terrible quality. For one of our meals, we had ordered the ribeye, but received their gross fish rings and soggy chips instead, no communication about doing this even though we had already paid. When we called, they said they had no steak that's why we got fish, but again, no communication about this before the switch up, and certainly not worth the same money. The Gourmet Pizza we ordered was also extremely dissapointing, with almost no Toppings on it, especially meat, most bites were just cheese and dough.

In addition to this, there was no attempt to fix the issues, just explain again and again "we have no steak". Cannot recomend ordering here, which other reviews...

Firstly let me explain this. I come from QLD where we have a pizza called maries. That was hands down the best pizza ever. When i moved to melbourne I went to carlton (Thinking that's where all the best pizzas were), I was sadly wrong. Next I tried pizza fellas on Duff st. It was probably the closest I had found to Maries. It was good, but sadly again the quality started to slip. So anyway one day i stumbled upon Aussiano I thought i would give them a shot. Received food with one meal missing… that’s happens no worries, they said no problems it’s their fault they didn’t. Notice it was 2 gap, however when delivery driver delivered it he wanted 10 doller for delivery. I said no and he said the shop told him to ask and they wouldn’t pay him….. nice older gentleman, that they screwed over. Also the steak was very tough. I just can’t believe they screwed there delivery guy. Wasn’t happy having a confrontation at my front door: for something that was neither my problem or...
