Duff Pizza - Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

first i would like to talk about the quailty of the food, its pretty good for a local location but what im about to tell you may make you change your mind.

we had 2 faults 2 times we went because we wanted to give them a second chance but they failed to succeed good service.

day 1 we went to order because it was late we felt a bit cheeky so we wanted to order pizza, heard good things about this place but it wasn't as good as they say due to the lack of caring of the place, the workers have terrible customer communication because they said "your order was called out twice" yet here we are in a quiet night only us and another couple waiting and didn't hear a word, they were all gathered in a group talking and laughing while we waited for our pizzas 20-30mins pass after the guy at the front said 12-15mins and nothing, someone wanted to check with us who came from the back and seemed like he cared, really nice guy i have to say but another guy looking quite angry said they called out the order twice yet we didn't hear a word and even the couples order was ready and they didn't even hear too.

day 2, we wanted to give the place a second chance because we thought it was a one time thing but no yet again a lack of them listening and caring coursed another screw up sadly, i ordered a deal number 1, simple, they asked what pizza i replied with one of there pizzas on the menu, they said it would be ready in about 20 mins due to it being quite busy, fair enough, so i waited and the pizza came out a good time but yet again they call out the number from the other side of the room not being able to hear over them talking about how there day was - they gave me the pizza and walked away, in confusion i thought it came with a garlic bread and a drink, so i went up to ask and then they said it would cost me $5 for the garlic bread and i'm freaking out because i paid for it already and they gave me the change deal number 1 so i got charged extra, they even checked the docket number to see what the order was and it only said 1 large pizza even tho i got charged way more then i should have.

really disappointed and upset because i feel like I've been scammed which shouldn't happen in a business.

all together i sadly wouldn't recommend this place due to the lacking of communication of this place because its not worth getting a wrong order and getting...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the takeaway meal we received from your restaurant tonight. We rarely get the opportunity to treat our family, and after spending near $50 on our order, we were incredibly let down by the quality and taste of the food.

We ordered two Fettuccine Carbonaras, but they were completely lacking in flavor!—watery, overly milky, and missing any seasoning. Additionally, the garlic pizza was overpowering, with an excessive amount of garlic that made it almost inedible, leaving a burning sensation in our mouths.

We expect a certain level of care and pride in the food being served, especially when customers are paying good money for it. Unfortunately, this experience not only disappointed our family but also felt like a waste of both our money and the opportunity to enjoy a nice meal together.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure better quality for your customers in the future. Please let me know how you intend to address this issue.

Horrible experience. Called for delivery, straight up I asked CAN I PAY BY CARD FOR DELIVERY, he said yes I could, went on with the order, and when I finished ordering he said cool see you in 15 mins and hung up, I called back because where the hell are they going to deliver it to??? Pizza arrived and I try to pay by card, delivery man has no idea I was paying with card and needed cash, he’s called the place and said I was paying by card, the same person I spoke with on the phone earlier asked for my card details, which I gave him, I shouldn’t have because I don’t think your aloud to do that, and he said next time I need to say I’m paying by card??? I said I did and he said he remembers the whole conversation and never mentioned I was paying by card, this man literally forgot to take my address! Get better staff!
