While I was waiting to be served, I saw a manager (or someone in charge) speaking incredibly rudely to one of the younger staff members. It was so uncomfortable โ completely unprofessional and honestly borderline bullying.
The poor girl looked so flustered and upset, and it really made me question what kind of environment this store is creating behind the scenes. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially not in front of customers.
