Koffee Kult Forest Hill Chase — Restaurant in Melbourne

This establishment has deteriorated in it's service recently. I have coming to this coffee shop for years, the service has become horrible.

They used to have loyalty cards for the regular customers, 8th coffee free. Last year they removed that, then service changed.

I visit here 3-4 times a week, today I came in for my breakfast, drink & coffee. I ordered & paid for another coffee at 9.30, no other customers waiting, 9.55am still waiting for my additional coffee. Meanwhile, coffees were made for all the walk bys that wanted a coffee, whilst I waited at the table. I asked for a refund and left.

There is too many other coffee places in the Centre. My $20-$40 can now go to Degani or one of the other places.

Priority needs to be given to customers as THEY come, not randomly pick who to serve and who waits. They need to learn serve by time, not who they choose.

This café has been around for over a decade, and it’s truly a gem that never disappoints! The food, coffee, and service are consistently top-notch.

Have been going to this place for years be4 when it was Jamaica blue, anyway finally got back there showed my Jamaica blue card said not sure if your still taking the loyalty card or if not can I get a new one anyway the young bloke went off and asked and this rude as cook come over and just started at me so words where said and I just paid and moved on, until the cook would not prepare our food then would not bring it to the table, we had to go and ask for it and took it to the table ourselves, so be careful when visiting, once again just my experience only...
