The staff are rude.... not all but one at least was. She made a coffee for us and put it down and didn’t look to see where we were sitting we waited a long time so I went up and asked where our cofffee was she pointed to it on the other side of the machine and when I said we were waiting for it she started to give me a bad attitude that was not called for then when I said all she had to do was look she got even worse and kept her attitude going for the whole time we sat and drank our coffee. I met Joanne and Bella while shopping in the Pines shopping centre. Their service is amazing. I'm not much of a coffee person outside my home as noone has ever made coffee the way I want but their hands are truly blessed! They are so friendly and so easy to get along with, almost making me late for work but I absolutely love the company 😭 I highly recommend! Even if you don't like coffee, go anyway, the food is on...

Ordered a take away soy cap with 1 sugar for med size coffee. Lady probably started making it and half way guy started to finish the order and she got busy taking orders and probably did not check if the sugar was already added. Ended up adding 2 x sugars in med coffee. Cause I had left the Cafe and could not go back to exchange. But never going back again there atleast. Threw it in the bin. $6 down...
