Ordered a bento box for 10 bucks only for them to say it was 16 so I said I only had 12 so they said that was alright. I payed and my card went through only for them to refuse me the box that I payed for and say “4 dollars more” and I said I already payed for it so then they gave me a totally different box and shooed me away. Very disappointed. Every week staff and I go 2-3 times per week to sushi sushi Spending $100+ each time. Sometimes we ask for extra wasabi or ginger- and are told to buy a tube/packet of it.
