Review busters: Where I look at the first three reviews and see if they are true and rating them based on if they’re true or not.

This person said that they charge extra for the bento box’s. I went to go and get one and they did change extra but was only 2.50 more than the original price. 3 stars

This review says that the service is very bad. This is not the case. They just served me without talking or charging me like the review said. 3 stars

This person said that the rolls weren’t fresh. The rolls were not the freshest, but was good enough. 4 stars

Ordered a bento box for 10 bucks only for them to say it was 16 so I said I only had 12 so they said that was alright. I payed and my card went through only for them to refuse me the box that I payed for and say “4 dollars more” and I said I already payed for it so then they gave me a totally different box and shooed me away. Disgusting customer service they barely speak English so it’s hard to...

Very disappointed. Every week staff and I go 2-3 times per week to sushi sushi Spending $100+ each time. Sometimes we ask for extra wasabi or ginger- and are told to buy a tube/packet of it. Apparently store policy! They are too tight and rude. Never a please and thank you- only money grabbing. With this attitude should not be in...
