Congrats on reaching 5th Voted Best Bakery In Vic! Definitely well deserved as far as the food goes!

Food is beautiful from this bakery there’s no doubt in the talent they have to offer. Sausage Rolls are piping hot and flavoursome as they should be and have the perfect buttery flaky pastry. Continental vanilla slices are just perfect and creamy, I have yet to try their donuts and cannolis as I’ve heard good things about other products they have to offer.

Advertisements from Instagram is what initially lead me to this bakery. The only downside to my experiences has been The customer service which definitely needs improving. I have visited this bakery twice and unfortunately both times I have been served by a young woman who apparently does not know how to greet or approach customers when serving them and has made it quite obvious she has a poor attitude towards her role. This unfortunately reflects on the business itself. She was without a doubt uninterested in serving me and had a “hurry up and leave” attitude when I asked for more than 1 product.

This maybe a family owned and operated business where they may pride themselves on having many regular customers but emphasis on meeting a professional standard to new customers or people who are not regulars does need great improvement.

The Lady’s at this bakery are always rude and are gossiping whenever you walk in, I’ve stood there waiting a few times while they gossip about things, and they are always rude to me and my partner, also you run out of most things before 1pm and that’s a bit silly considering lunch time starts at 12, my partner won’t even come in anymore because of how rude the lady’s are and how anxious they make him feel, I think you need some new staff in there or At least train them to be better with their customer service, customers should be greeted as soon as they walk into your store… instead we stand there and listen to gossip and wait for them to acknowledge us and I’ve had this happen so many times and I’m the only one in the bakery! The only time I’ve had great customer service in here was when the big boss was in and even that was unprofessional because he was yelling at them in front of customers but at least I got a greeting that day. This bakery in the southeast suburbs is my go-to morning tea hero! Their pastries are so good, they’ve become the office peacekeepers. One bite of their croissants and suddenly Karen from accounting isn’t complaining about the printer anymore.

The variety is top-notch – from flaky pastries to heavenly donuts, it’s like Willy Wonka decided to try his hand at baking. My colleagues are convinced I have a magical pastry elf delivering these goodies, but nope, it’s just this fantastic bakery!

Sure, it gets busy, and yes, it can feel a bit like a pastry-packed sardine can inside. But who cares? The food more than makes up for it. I’d happily elbow my way through a crowd for their éclairs.
