Brazilian Grill Bbq — Restaurant in Melbourne

Both my Brazilian husband and I have eaten here on 4 occasions Yesterday I was there about 4pm. The young person cutting up the meat I was told , was the Owners son. Firstly I would say that it is DISGUSTING to see him eating the same meat he was cutting up for Customers in full view and clearly couldn't care less. I was about to walk straight out but I personally told him that he better change his gloves before he serves my food !!!!! And he did. Secondly I payed for pihcania ( red meat ). What I got was a peice of steak. Chewy , no fat on it . My husband said this was not pihcania. I saw the young guy put a flat piece of meat on a grill or fire from a distance. Horrible !!!!!!!!!! Very basic food sitting in a bay Marie!!!!!! So for these reasons I will never come to your shop again. If your going to do Brazilian , then do it properly and traditionally. Very unprofessional of the owners son. You need to educate him if he's going to be behind your counter on good hygiene practices !!!!!!!!! Your other staff...
