I like this place as it reminds me some of the hipster brunch places in the inner city.Its great to see quality coffee in the suburbs especially airport west where the demographics are changing for better cafes and better brunch dishes. This is the only place that serves the natural version of a chai latte using real tea leaves brewed with either milk/soy.
I cant stomach powder as it's too sweet and artificial and prefer the natural wet chai latte and they do it perfectly here. Its wonderful to see a variety of dietary needs are offered here.
The decor and cafe fit out is modern as well compared to any of the ones in airport west.

They have both powdered and prana (loose leaf) chai available for their lattes so be sure to get the loose leaf. I think honey is added as standard. It was delicious.

We ordered the HCT Toastie ($12.5) - Smoked Virginian Ham, Cheese, and Tomato on Sourdough; and the Veggie Toastie ($15.5) - Capsicum, Spinach, Spanish Onions, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms & Cheese.
I have to say that this is by far the best Veggie Toastie I've had in a long while. Everything about it, from the freshness of the vegetables, the combination, and the juiciness was just perfect.
We also enjoyed their coffee.
