On the 6th of July, my friends and I visited Skyways Hotel for lunch and to catch up. It was a place she had been wanting to try, and online, it looked promising. We all ordered food either via QR code or at the bar. My partner and I ordered our food, and I was particularly drawn to the Margarita Pizza online. However, the pizza I received was a complete disappointment. Also my partners burger was a little greasy & if the onions were not included to soak up the grease it would be very unpleasant to eat.

The description and appearance of the pizza I ordered stated that it had mozzarella cheese, basil, and tomato, but the pizza I received was entirely different. It included feta cheese and tomato pieces, but no mozzarella cheese. The tomato sauce was also excessively heavy and unpleasant to taste.

The waiter who brought out our food remarked that the food never looked the same as it did online, which I found misleading.

When I explained the issue to the manager, Kazzie, he walked away and returned, asking me again what the problem was. This clearly indicated that he wasn’t paying attention to my concerns. My friend also pointed out that he was smirking at me while I was telling him that the pizza wasn’t what I had ordered and that I simply wanted my money back because I didn’t like it at all.

To make matters worse, a staff member came and started collecting everything, including a bottle of water and glasses, without first asking if we had finished. When we asked if they were closing, she replied that they were getting ready for evening dinner.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning to...

Hello everyone. Please help me. The big manager in the SKYWAYS HOTEL RACIST ME. when the old lady service in room gaming said me RUDE. I tell the Manager check camera when the old lady said me rude. But the manager said the camera just see but can’t listen. But now the manager said me my scream and said the old lady quickly. I have said she need quickly because she angry with me first. OMG the manager there just believe his service and racist to me.i think service there don’t want customer win. Have A woman service in the game room is very bad. I’m with my husband lost a lot of money. But when we win cash back half is 3.700. We want collegt my ticket. My husband go to call someone service help me collegt. But the woman service angry with my husband and me And said we need to wait, but we have wait already. I said please help me take my money, because I need go now because now is late, please qicky. And then the woman very very angry and talk with me some the bad work. I can’t believe. She said to me with my husband is rude. I recently had the pleasure of hosting a milestone event at Skyways Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the venue, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and attention to detail.

Stayed here on afternoon & night of 8/11/23. Our check in contact was Jason & he was excellent. We were a little early as we'd come in from Mt Gambier on REX 6.30 flight to Melbourne so had to wait until 10am for reception to open. Check in wasn't until 2pm but he said we could have two rooms out of the three we'd booked. We only dumped our bags there & went over to Westfield shopping centre ( less than a 2 minute walk) . Came back after 2pm & 3rd room was ready. Our rooms were 3,4,&15. All twin singles with ample room for multiple bags & people. Conveniently located 10mins from Melbourne Airport ( that's why we are staying here). We used Uber XL to get here & it was a reasonable price to get here. All checked in & went over to the sports bar for a few drinks. The Bar tender was doing a power of work running the show by herself & made us feel very welcome. We ate dinner in bistro & our meals were: 3 steak sandwiches, beef risoles & fish n chips. All reasonably priced & very nice meals. Beds comfortable, hot water in shower, rooms quiet, A/C operational well. Rooms clean & functional. All rooms on ground floor. One of my traveling companions was in a wheelchair but still able to walk a little so the shower/ toilet was accessible. Not sure if a person was totally dependent on wheelchair if rooms availableReally happy with staying here & appreciate the staff being super friendly 🙏🙏

Stayed here on afternoon & night of 8/11/23. Our check in contact was Jason & he was excellent. We were a little early as we'd come in from Mt Gambier on REX 6.30 flight to Melbourne so had to wait until 10am for reception to open.
