Cafe jitters — Restaurant in Melbourne

Came here for lunch today, delicious bagels and even made to order. My disappointment was at the service we received. 3 of us purchased lunch and drinks whilst two others hadn’t ( as they had brought a sandwich from home & one elsewhere due to dietary requirement ). We all decided to sit outside in the sunshine together on there tables to enjoy and have conversation in the 15 minute break we had for the day. To my shock the owner then comes out to tell us outside food was not allowed & they can’t sit with us? whilst I can absolutely understand as a business if no one had purchased anything, or if we were sitting inside.. but after 3 of us had purchased & a friend was simply finishing eating her own sandwich and another due to dietary requirement, I was in absolute shock. The place was quiet and we were not planning to stay very long. Even when we questioned him he couldn’t have cared less, no compassion or leniency for a bunch of care workers simply trying to take a 15 minute break in there day to sit down and enjoy lunch,...

The focus here is purely on the brew, and it delivers. Love the generous serving of babycino for my son plus the little extra marshmallows on the side.
