Caffe Regina Petro — Restaurant in Melbourne

I'm so disappointed with Caffe Regina. Over the month's I have recommended clients and associates from the Victorian Polo Academy, Polo Clubs, Thoroughbred Racing & Motorsports personnel to this cafe......

Now, the feed back I have in accordance with my clients & associates was the tremendous amount of disappointment & complaint against Caffe Regina & it's staff based on the poor quality service (services being slow) as well as the poor quality of products, meaning the coffee are constantly burnt not just once but many times.

Furthermore, I'm so embarrassed & disappointed having recommended this cafe to very important clients and associates who hold important positions. As some people may know and this is worth noting, that the location this cafe is based on is the home of some of the most successful racing properties in Victoria. Hence why our meetings are held in the local cafe's and shop's within Greenvale.

To add further insult, the owner or staff of Caffe Regina had mistreated an International Polo Player who came from Latin America based in Europe.......So, after having been embarrassed & disappointed many times we now boycott this cafe and have gone elsewhere.

Anyone who reads this message boycott Caffe Regina because life is too short to be...

Caffe Regina Petro I will never buy anything from here again, just witnessed how rude of a people they are. A young man bought sushi from the centre, there were no seats to sit in the centre tables so the young man came to sit on 1 of Caffe Regina Petros table right on the end just to have his food on a 38° heat, believe it or not most of the tables were empty everwhere. The girl who works at the chemist even witnessed this. The lady from the coffee shop came and told the young man that he cant sit there to go to the shopping centre seats ( which were all full ) the young man without answering the lady just quickly left. If he was nearby, i was going to ask him to sit on my table but walked outside to eat his food in one of the hostest days, which i saw him later on. I had to confront the lady at the coffee shop her answer was, "i asked him nicely to leave, and apparently, I dont understand what they go through." How shame i will never buy anything...
