Calvino Coffee Eastlink (Inbound) — Restaurant in Melbourne

My partner and I went in and ordered a coffee over an hour ago - a mocha thickshake with an extra shot of coffee.. the lady was nice when she took his order. When his order came out, it was just a coffee. He told her nicely that wasn't his order and pointed out on the receipt that he ordered a mocha thickshake with an extra shot of coffee, which the same lady took. As she goes to make his thickshake, she and another lady were beside eachother with their backs turned bickering and the other lady turning to see who her colleague was talking about. He heard how rude they were and told the ladies to forget the order and walked away. Managememt should maybe train these girls in having courtesy. We didn't ask for a refund on the order. These girls should maybe learn some manners and not bicker while serving customers who are right in...

Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Walked in, stood at the counter for a full five minutes while two staff members stared straight at me and said nothing. No greeting, no “just a moment,” not even basic eye contact that suggested I was worth acknowledging. Just blank stares and complete indifference.

This is my wake-up call each morning!! A large Cappuccino, with an extra shot and it would wake up the dead!! Best flavoured coffee by far and I have tested many. Their sandwiches are excellent and the staff are so friendly!!! They know what I want as soon as I walk in each morning even with the 1,000's of faces they see each day.
