KFC Eastlink Southbound — Restaurant in Melbourne

I went through drive through earlier today for my sister and I. I ordered 6 wicked wings and a supercharge twister. Wicked wings were fine. Although I ordered a supercharge twister with additions and deductions for my sister. I ordered it to be with no lettuce and tomato, with a zinger fillet instead of tenders and to add bacon and mayo. The lovely girl at the window repeated the order to me and she was correct so I drove through to the pick up window where I saw the girl had run down to cover this window also (I'm guessing due to being understaffed or she is just a really good multitasker). She gave me the food and so I drove home. I gave my sister her twister for her to open it up and find a skinny wrap with 3 things on it, 2 of which were correct (zinger fillet and mayo). She is allergic to dairy and got cheese instead of bacon and the supercharge sauce that is meant to be on the SUPERCHARGE twister. She wasn't able to eat it so it unfortunately went to waste. This is my first time leaving a review for any business because usually I just leave it, but this is unacceptable. Whoever was making her twister clearly didn't read the order correctly or couldn't be bothered to make it right and just chucked it in the bag. Please don't take it out on the drive through girl as she did a great job covering two positions in your business. This is the worst KFC I have ever had in my entire life. I have been a customer of KFC since childhood so when I say this is the worst experience in my entire life I mean it. I was given chicken that was in the warmer probably all day because the chicken was so dry in the chicken and the coating was like rubber. You couldn't chew it from how hardened it was. It was food not fit for human consumption and I would not have given it to my dog. Even my child said this food is for the rubbish bin and he threw the whole thing out.what a waste of money! To add insult to injury I was given a box that was half open in the base. I told her about the box so the food doesn't fall out and for some reason she thought that was offensive so she threw the chicken in a new box then she threw the chicken in my face turned around and walked off without even speaking to me. She was the worst KFC staff person I have ever met in my life. So rude - so angry- so despicable in her manner and then she also gives me rubbish for food. There is no way in the world I will ever dine in here again. Improve or shut down. You are a blight...

The total order was a large Zinger combo, a Maxi Popcorn chicken & 3 Tender Strips. The strips were what I would consider barely warm & so tough it's like someone left them out on the bench overnight. The Zinger was a lettuce burger with a warm Zinger pattie buried in there somewhere & barely a trace of mayonnaise. The chips were probably the closest to what you would expect to be served & the Popcorn Chicken not far behind except that it was only filled a good 2cm from the top of the box - hardly Maxi.
