Excellent gluten free chips and souvlaki. My only suggestion would be to not wrap the souvlaki quite so tight hehe. I made a bit of a mess trying to get it open. But hands down the best gluten free chips in a 50km radius. Fantastic. Keep it up, guys n girls. You're killin it 💪

My original review above is from the end of 2022. Currently nearing the end of 2023, I'm sad to report some things have changed. Tonight I ordered my gluten free souvlaki pack again, which comes with chips and a drink, and it wasn't all smiles this time around. My souvlaki was so thin. Without compressing it at all, the thickness of the souvlaki was the same thickness as my finger. There was nearly no red onion, nearly no tomato, and I only got a taste of the sauce in the first bite. It was very sad for the price. Then I got to the chips... And to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Usually the chips are amazing. Every other time I've come, I've wanted to come back an hour later and order again lol. They're usually great. But today they were so dry, they're just going in the bin when we get home. For just under $20, this is poor quality. I hope that it's just a one-off due to how many orders you guys were juggling, cause if this is the norm now, I'm going to have to find a new...

We are writing this message to the reply of yours as we eat crispyz fish and chips (10/10). To answer the question that image was in place of what the chips actually looked like so yes the image was off. If you had looked inside the bag, you could have seen the chips basically not even eaten at all. We just took a while deciding if they were edible or not. Yes we did take a few chips. Also not to mention but a receipt was not offered or given at all .Me and my mate also didn’t throw the chips any where or at anyone, your pov was very exaggerated, since you would not comply for a refund of the chips or take them at all we simply left them on the place we had eaten them, we did not disturb any customers. Also you said you answered in a polite manner, it sounded like you were mad at us in the first place, Another thing to correct were that the chips barely had any chicken salt, and has a spongy, bitter taste to it. This was my second visit to this establishment….. was bad the first time and was worse the second time….. both times ordered all gluten free items. I was hoping the first time was just an off day…. Boy was I wrong. GF batter tastes like paper, potato cakes and chips have a strange oil taste. The GF fried dim sims is the only thing that gets a star. This second time was on Good Friday, busiest day for them, their “Super Bowl”. By 5pm had already run out of most things. Must have seen 30+ people turned away rudely and abruptly. Absurd organisation. It’s like a flower shop running out of flowers by 8am on Valentines Day. Worst part of the experience (a close second to the food) was the fact that after waiting an hour, they forgot to call my name and the food sat in the hot box for I’d say 10 minutes. $50+ of utter garbage.
