Abusive, crazy, violent yelling dysfunctional boss, has a short fuse.

The mad boss was yelling on top of his lungs in front of everybody, including customers in shop

As a customer myself who's gone a lot of times, I want to order my pizzas peacefully, not hear yelling all the time from the primitive brute

Felt sorry for the mistreated poor pizza drivers coping abuse from the baldy fat boss, I believe called Tony, as I heard one of the workers call him earlier when I ordered pizza.

He was talking in his language, so customers wouldn't understand what was told.

I could tell by how crazy his face was and by the way he was yelling that he must of being calling him names in another language.

I was shocked of how mentally deranged the boss was.

And it wasn't the only time he yelled abuse at his workers.

And this on a busy saturday night in front of customers.

I went another saturday after a few weeks, and he was yelling like crazy again, not only at one worker but two now, who copped the abuse from mental case again.

And I heard something about the garlic bread that the driver forgot to deliver to a customer or something similar. The other driver he was going bananas because of food going cold.

Another night, I went into shop ordering parma and chips. After eating the parma and chips later the night, the chips did taste good at first, but I felt sick in the stomach from the chips, maybe...

Only gave 1star coz i had to in order to post a review,otherwise i wouldnt rate it anything at all. I’ve ordered from this place for over 10years and this is the first time i have experienced such appalling customer service. Second time I’ve made an order for home delivery only to be told it would take an hour (which is unacceptable for local delivery to begin with) and both times its arrived 1hr and half later. When I called, the manager was very rude and said they’ve been quoting 1hr 20min delivery all night, even though we were advised the girl who had taken our order clearly quoted 1hr delivery. We called just over an hour later to check the whereabouts of delivery driver and we were told they were a driver down so itll be another half an hour, and then told it was at our door(which it wasn’t!). If the manager was apologetic or even sympathetic and accepted the mistake on their end it wouldn’t be as much of an issue, but the fact that he was rude and pretty much called us liars that we were quoted an hour delivery just goes to show why their employees lack customer...

If i could add a minus to the rating i would.

I ordered a pizza and lasagna from this place a few years ago and although i can't remember what exactly happened, i called up to complain and after the delivery took over an hour to arrive in the first place AND i had paid for everything, i waited and waited for the guy to return with my food or money back and he didn't so i rang again, only to be told by Tony, the boss, that i didn't pay for my pasta so i wasn't getting another one.

I should have sued him but it wasn't worth the cost involved. He also, years previous, threw a pizza on the ground in front of my door (when it was still in the box) but i didn't know if he still owned the place when i ordered years later (refer to first paragraph). I stopped buying his food a long time ago and would never go back.
