I've eaten here several times and the food has always been scrumptious and filling. I most recently visited yesterday with three Indonesian friends, as I was keen to introduce them to some traditional Middle Eastern breakfast. We had the Zaatar, Open Cheese, Sujuk Pizza, Mhamara and the 15pc Falafel Plate, along with a pot of black tea. I knew everything that I selected would be great, but I was delighted to see just how much my friends loved the food, especially the falafel. Crew here is so warm and friendly, had a nice chat with Nassim which just added to the visit. Portion sizes are generous, everything is fresh and reminds me of mama's cooking. Highly recommend Manoush w Saj to anyone who loves their breakfast/brunch. Whether you're a seasoned lover of Middle Eastern food or are wanting to try a new breakfast option, you won't go wrong here. Thank you, Nassim and team, for helping my Indo friends fall in love with some of my favourite cuisine and matching (hmm, imore accurate if I say EXCEEDING) the hype I created for the visit. I'll of course always be a returning customer, but my most recent visit solidifies my decision to make Manoush w Saj the place my friends and I choose to enjoy a hearty and nourishing meal, before we set out on an adventure for the day. It's hard to pick a favourite, but I've gotta emphasise that the falafel here is especially good. Classics are done very well, and I'm keen to try more options on the menu when I visit in the future. See you soon! Sampai jumpa...

Read moreI am actually very sad to leave this bad review as this was my go to place when I lived in craigieburn. It has been a long time since I ate at this place and today definitely made it my last. We ordered a shanglish plate that was full of squishy tomatoes, big lebanese breakfast and some manoush and falafel. There was numerous issues with the quality of various foods we had and some overcooked items, I was really trying to refrain from saying anything but when I saw the squishy tomatoe shanglish salad all I wanted to do is gag so when I went to pay I took the shanglish plate with me and told the worker that the tomatoes are horrible and showed her that the tomatoes where so squishy that I could squash the tomatoes with my fingers I even literally showed her with my hands how squishy they were the chef came out and got so defensive when I said its rude and bad for business to serve a plate of food like that I told her I'm not looking for a discount i just wanted to give the feedback. The chef became very loud and was speaking in a rude manner and telling me that no its not rude for her to serve the shanglish and tomatoes like that. she just kept justifying the plate of food and refused to acknowledge her mistake. A simple sorry to the customer would have sufficed instead of her argumentative behaviour that continued with her telling me off whilst I was walking out...
